Terms of use
TCG Unbound renders card-inspired AI artwork. Results vary. Use the app only if you are 18 or older and can accept these terms.
Your uploads
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, card images, and files you upload.
The service can only be used to create TCG art. During pre-release, upload Pokemon TCG cards only.
You must have the rights needed to upload and use that material. You give TCG Unbound a limited license to store, process, render, display, and deliver the material so the app can work for you.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, private, or infringing material.
- Do not use the service to violate laws, rights, platform rules, payment rules, or these terms.
- We may block, limit, or remove accounts that abuse the service, bypass credits, attack the platform, or create legal risk.
AI output and underperformance
The service, generations, previews, Vault, credits, and AI outputs are provided as is and as available.
We do not guarantee uptime, queue time, speed, exact style match, likeness, accuracy, text accuracy, model consistency, commercial value, fitness for a specific use, or that a finished generation will meet your expectations.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, distorted, unusable, or different from the source card. It can also contain artifacts or text errors.
Credits, payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Prices, taxes, renewals, and checkout terms are shown before payment.
Paddle handles payments in the web application. We might add native app purchases later.
Paddle is the merchant of record for web orders and handles payment support and returns.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription with effect from the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests for web payments are handled by Paddle or by us through Paddle. Failed generations refund credits automatically. Finished generations do not qualify for refunds based on taste, quality, accuracy, style match, image artifacts, queue time, expected value, or commercial usefulness.

Privacy policy
TCG Unbound is an account service. We store the data needed to run accounts, render artwork, process payments, keep Vault working, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs.
Who controls the data
The controller for TCG Unbound is the operator of this app. Privacy requests can be sent to tcgunbound@sbkrdev.nl.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, password hash, internal account ID, and pre-release key data.
- Usage data: card photos, prompts, selected settings, generated artwork, Vault items, credit balance, membership status, and transaction records.
- Device and security data: IP address, request times, device identifiers used by the app, consent state, server logs, and backend error logs.
- Support data: messages you send us and the details needed to answer them.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account.
- To process uploads and generate artwork through AI providers.
- To store and show your Vault and generation history.
- To process payments, credits, memberships, tax records, and refunds.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, outages, and security incidents.
- To answer support and legal requests.
Legal bases
- Contract: account access, generations, Vault, credits, payments, and support.
- Consent: optional app permissions where required.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, payment, and lawful request handling.
- Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, debugging, service reliability, and basic business records.
Who receives data
AI providers receive the image and generation details needed to render artwork. Calls are made from our backend, and we do not send your email, display name, or password.
Payment providers process payment, receipt, tax, subscription, refund, and fraud-prevention data. Paddle handles web payments today.
Cloud, object storage, backup, email, support, security, and logging providers may process data needed to run the service.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on contracts, provider safeguards, and transfer mechanisms offered by those providers.
How long we keep data
- Account, uploads, generations, and Vault items are kept while your account is active.
- After account deletion, account records, generations, devices, and stored objects are removed within 7 days where technically controlled by us.
- Backups, logs, support records, payment records, and tax records may remain for a limited period when needed for security, recovery, accounting, legal, or dispute reasons.
- Purchase records may be retained or anonymized as required by law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to use of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you think your privacy request was not handled correctly.
Account deletion
Use the in-app account deletion flow when available. You can also email tcgunbound@sbkrdev.nl from the address on your account with the subject Account deletion.
Deletion removes your account, generations, devices, and stored media from the active service within 7 days, except records we must keep or temporarily retain as described above.
Changes and contact
If we make a material change, we update this page and change the date above. If needed, we also email account holders.
